Restaurants Inc. is an established, local, family owned restaurant company with five locations and a catering department (Stokes Grill & Bar, Twisted Fork, Stokin Goat, Taxi's Grill & Bar and Goose 120). We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing Manager to elevate our brand across digital and in‑store channels. Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives for our restaurant locations, including digital advertising, social media, website content, email campaigns, and in‑store promotions. This role blends creativity with technical skill — ideal for someone who enjoys both designing eye‑catching content and developing strategy with a hands‑on team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and store traffic.
- Use AI tools to create social media ads, generate content ideas, optimize campaigns, and streamline marketing workflows.
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring content is current, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Build and run email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Design, edit, and update menus, promotional materials, and in‑store signage using professional editing and design software.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to plan and execute in‑store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising.
- Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings and enhance content visibility.
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics, SQL data queries, and performance marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate social media management across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong working knowledge of AI‑driven marketing tools (e.g., AI ad generators, content creation tools, automation platforms).
- Proficiency with design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, menu‑editing tools).
- Experience managing social media, websites (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with owners, managers, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
