Marketing Manager and Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a resourceful Marketing Manager and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful marketing campaigns while providing essential administrative support. Duties

  • Report Directly to the President of Professional Business Services, Inc.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing strategies including social media marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities.
  • Oversee website content management using WordPress and basic HTML coding to ensure fresh, engaging content aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences that inform targeted B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling copy for various channels including email marketing campaigns, social media posts, product descriptions, and print materials.
  • Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records to ensure operational excellence.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in advertising sales or client relationship management within a marketing context.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for content creation and editing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with WordPress website management and basic HTML coding skills.
  • Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing practices along with experience in performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and print advertising is highly desirable.
