Marketing Manager and Creative Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a creative strategic and detail oriented Marketing Manager and Creative Coordinator who can take ownership of all marketing initiatives across digital print and brand presentation. This is an opportunity to build and manage the marketing engine behind a rapidly growing luxury real estate business with a heavy emphasis on consistency quality and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Upload format and optimize weekly blog content for SEO
• Manage updates to a newly relaunched website
• Create and schedule social media posts and video clips
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Print Marketing

• Create polished brochures letters neighborhood guides and seller packets
• Prepare print ready files for mail campaigns
• Work with print vendors and mailing services

Brand and Listing Marketing

• Oversee the marketing rollout for each new listing
• Maintain a cohesive luxury brand aesthetic
• Assist with property specific campaigns including Green Valley The Fountains MacDonald Highlands and other communities

What You Bring

• Strong design skills with real estate or luxury brand experience preferred
• Familiarity with Canva Photoshop or similar tools
• Basic understanding of SEO and content formatting
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and professional polish

Hours and Compensation

This role can begin part time with the option to grow into full time for the right fit

• Part time: 20 to 30 hours per week
• Full time: 40 hours per week

Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated capability
