Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing strategic campaigns across multiple channels. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising tools is highly desirable. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print advertising.
  • Manage and optimize digital content across platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Support SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and content marketing efforts.
  • Create engaging copy for websites, blogs, social media posts, and advertising materials aligned with brand voice.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop advertising sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms; prepare reports to measure effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing budgets for advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in B2B and e-commerce sectors.
  • Support product management initiatives by creating content that highlights product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for digital and print media.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and performance marketing channels.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and basic web development principles to manage website content effectively.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Familiarity with multichannel marketing approaches encompassing B2B marketing, product management, and e-commerce environments.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making through analytics tools; strong research skills are essential.
  • Effective communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work across teams on various projects. This position offers a comprehensive experience in digital marketing strategies while supporting the growth of innovative campaigns that elevate brand presence across multiple channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
