Marketing Manager – AUM Development
Key Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all external marketing agencies (digital, creative, events, PR, media buying, outdoor).
- Brief agencies, review creatives/campaigns, negotiate best rates and push for maximum performance & ROI.
- Actively hunt and secure new marketing opportunities: hoardings (Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown, JBR, etc.), mall activations, metro/airport branding, radio, cinema, influencers, roadshows, international events.
- Coordinate project launches, VIP previews, broker events, and off-plan sales galleries with agencies and venues.
- Visit sites and galleries regularly to ensure brochures, standees, digital screens, payment plans and marketing collateral are updated and attractive.
- Monitor daily marketing spend vs leads vs bookings; prepare simple weekly performance reports.
- Test and launch new cost-effective channels (TikTok, Telegram groups, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.).
- Support overall marketing strategy, digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media), lead generation and performance reporting.
Requirements & Core Competencies
- 6–10 years of marketing experience in Dubai real estate developers (mandatory).
- Existing strong relationships with hoarding companies, mall managements, media agencies, Bayut/Property Finder account managers, printers and event companies.
- Proven track record of negotiating and booking high-ROI outdoor + digital campaigns for real estate projects.
- Hands-on experience in project launches, broker events and portal marketing.
- Street-smart, excellent negotiator, extremely well organized.
- Currently based in Dubai with own car and valid visa.
- Excellent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage
