Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for our premium car segment. The role involves end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and brand positioning to enhance market presence, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals
- Build, strengthen, and manage the brand image in the automobile market
- Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns (Digital, ATL, BTL, PR, Events, Influencer Marketing, Sponsorships)
- Ensure strict adherence to OEM brand guidelines
- Coordinate closely with OEM teams for campaign alignment and co-created initiatives
- Plan and manage customer engagement programs, experiential events, and brand collaborations
- Contribute to the Annual Business Plan (ABP) with marketing-led revenue strategies
- Manage and optimize multi-crore marketing budgets with clear ROI tracking
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead generation and contribution to sales funnel
- Brand awareness and recall improvement
- Event ROI (footfall, leads, media coverage)
- Marketing spend ROI, CPL, and campaign response rates
- Marketing-led sales contribution
- Customer engagement and NPS
- Budget variance within ±5%
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in brand marketing (Automobile / Premium Lifestyle sectors)
- Proven experience in 360° marketing management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and lead funnels
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large budgets
