Basic Functions

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to support brand launch initiatives and drive digital growth across social media and web platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media platforms and website monitoring as well as developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies with internal associates and agencies. Develop and support campaigns from concept to execution and leverage data to optimize performance and ensure brand consistency. The qualified individual is expected to perform a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content daily across various social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to user comments and messages, and implement strategies to grow followership and brand visibility.

  • Website Management
    : Oversee N. American website’s content and functionality, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and search engines (SEO) to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with Advertising & Promotion, IT, company HQ and other personnel as well as outside vendors to support and make necessary updates and improvements. Observe and study competitor websites and new trends and make recommendations for future improvements. Manage and maintain all URL’s and renewals.

  • Content Creation
    : Produce and manage a wide range of content, including social media posts, blog articles, and other digital assets, in collaboration with other departments and media as well as external agency partners. Manage the design, development and production of all product catalogs, product sheets, pamphlets and other support materials and literature. Work with Advertising & Promotion and Product Marketing to make updates and improvements as needed. Responsible for printed as well as electronic versions of these materials.

  • Campaign Management
    : Plan, execute, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to meet key performance indicators.


  • Customer Support
    : Maintain and update dealer locator information, Tire Guide, and database utilized by company websites for N. America. Ensure high level of accuracy and suitable frequency of updates. Manage all aspects of the training portals for the N. American market. Ensure functionality, completeness and accuracy of information as well as timely updates and addition of new product information and deletion of discontinued products. Implement improvements as needed.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    : Work with Advertising & Promotion to gather, develop, and finalize all content for the company’s monthly newsletter. Work with N. American as well as global team members to select the best content for each month’s newsletter. Provide support to company and dealer events as required


  • Asset Management
    : Manage, catalog and archive all electronic materials, resources and content (catalogs, brochures, ads, photos, press releases, images, logos, etc.). Work with Advertising & Promotion, Product Marketing and other departments for access to materials they generate that need to be stored and archived. Keep track of the status of all company trademark registrations and ensure proper use of “trademark” and “registered trademark” logos and indicators. Work with global team members to ensure all necessary resources are readily available for use by N. America.


  • Trend Analysis
    : Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to identify new opportunities and incorporate them into marketing strategies. Monitor performance dashboards and flag what is and is not working.

Education / Training

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Experience

3–7 years of brand-side marketing experience (automotive, enthusiast, or durable goods experience is a plus). Experience with social media, campaigns and brand launch / activation is required. Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is desired.
