Marketing Manager, Creative & Content

About the Role:

Hive Management, LLC is seeking an experienced and imaginative Marketing Manager of Creative & Content to lead storytelling, design, and brand expression across multiple companies. This role will oversee content development, graphic design, video production, photography, copywriting, and campaign messaging both directly, and via 3rd party vendors. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a deep understanding of visual communication and brand consistency.

Although this role will initially be “boots-on-the-ground” for all creative & content endeavors, it is intended for a creative leader who wishes to grow into a more senior leadership role. You will collaborate closely with the Digital & Performance and Marketing Operations leads to produce engaging, cohesive campaigns. As our marketing department expands, the right person will have a strong opportunity to build and lead a growing creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction and Execution

• Lead creative efforts, campaign designs, brand messaging, and production scheduling
• Develop content for digital platforms, web, print, and more
• Partner with the Digital & Performance Lead to align your visuals with digital strategy
• Ensure that marketing operations and processes created by the rest of the team align with realistic production timelines
• Maintain a cohesive brand identity and tone across all entities

Content and Storytelling

• Manage content calendars for multiple brands and channels
• Create concepts that enhance engagement and strengthen brand storytelling
• Oversee the production of design, video, and photo assets

Design and Production Oversight

• Produce or refine design materials for digital and print
• Approve creative deliverables and ensure they meet brand and quality standards
• Coordinate with external creative partners or vendors as needed

Collaboration and Growth Potential

• Work directly with the Director of Marketing to develop creative strategies
• Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency
• Build a foundation for your future leadership within the creative department

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction, marketing design, or content production
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates style, storytelling, and brand execution
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Esp. InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). Can utilize other tools as warranted, but a strong C.C. foundation is required.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience managing creative workflows and/or external vendors
• Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management platforms
• Experience in video or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Bonus Skills:

• Healthcare, automotive, product, or hospitality marketing experience
• Understanding of WordPress, Elementor, and other CMS systems
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and/or web coding (UI)
