Now we’re looking for a hands-on, results-obsessed Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce growth and leading successful product launches. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves wearing multiple hats, and can turn strategy into measurable results — this is your opportunity to make a major impact.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies that deliver sales growth and brand expansion.

· Own all DTC eCommerce channels: website, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, email, and digital ads.

· Drive new product launches from strategy through post-launch optimization, ensuring maximum market adoption.

· Create and manage content that engages, persuades, and converts.

· Use analytics to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.

· Bring senior-level judgment to marketing priorities while staying hands-on in execution.

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years in digital marketing with direct experience in DTC eCommerce growth.

· Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.

· Strong skills in SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.

· Experience launching and scaling new products.

· Data-driven decision maker with a creative edge.

· Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-changing environments.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
