Marketing Manager - Digital Focused

We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. This is a strategic leadership role for a results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience in digital channels, strong analytical capabilities, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement a full-funnel digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Drive SEO/SEM strategy and performance optimization
  • Manage content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Lead social media strategy and brand positioning across platforms
  • Optimize website performance, user journey, and conversion rate (CRO)

Analytics & Performance

  • Monitor KPIs, ROAS, CAC, and campaign performance metrics
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM platforms) to guide decision-making
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous performance optimization
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for senior leadership

Brand & Growth

  • Strengthen brand presence in local and regional markets
  • Identify growth opportunities and new digital channels
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Marketing experience with extensive digital marketing expertise
  • Proven track record managing high-budget, multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, content strategy, and marketing automation
  • Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
