Analyze Digital Service performance metrics (e.g., adoption rates, utilization data from transplant centers) and generate reports to inform product roadmaps and ROI

Lead funnel management metrics (Lead-MQL conversion, MQL-SQL conversion, SQL-oppty conversion, etc)

Analyze Recovery Service performance metrics

Customer Relationship Management – KOL development, VOC for feedback and future product development, address customer inquiries, concerns, complaints

Management of our Transplant Center Advisory Council (TCAC) of FlowHawk Customers (meet 3x per year)

Co-management with our TPM on monthly product end-user meetings

Engagement with our Recovery Surgeons – LinkedIn posts, testimonials

Develop and execute commercial strategies for Digital Service products

Help management monthly marketing activities to targeted accounts or market segments included but not limited to webinars, email campaigns, social campaigns, etc.

Become a subject matter expert for all aspects of the Digital Service and Recovery Service business in North America
- Partner with the Global Marketing Team to strengthen XVIVO’s value proposition in North America

Develop key messaging and presentation material for the North American sales team

Coordinate trade show/booth presence at key events, managing demos of the digital platform and discussing the Recovery Services offering
Requirements:
- 3 to 5+ years of strategic and brand marketing experience in a healthcare software environment

A track record of performance excellence; meeting targets and objectives

High level of emotional intelligence and respect for the transplant process

Strong upstream and downstream marketing experience working with complex medical devices, IoT, and SaaS products

Ability to travel 25% - 35% to include international travel

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Pay or Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000
