We are looking Marketing Manager – Doctor referral team (DRT) at Be Well Hospital

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital/clinic services, health programs, and corporate initiatives.
• Manage branding, corporate communications, digital marketing, social media, and public relations activities.
• Plan and execute health campaigns, awareness programs, and corporate events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (medical teams, operations, admin) to create impactful marketing collateral.
• Analyze market trends, patient behavior, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in healthcare or corporate marketing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and patient engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
