Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies in the Edutech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to increase brand awareness, student acquisition, and engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Conduct market research to understand student behavior, trends, and competitor activities.

Build annual and quarterly marketing budgets and plans.

2. Digital Marketing

Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Optimize SEO, SEM, and website traffic to improve student leads.

Oversee content creation for blogs, videos, reels, email campaigns, and social media.

3. Brand Management

Strengthen the brand presence across online and offline platforms.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.

Manage PR activities, influencer collaborations, and student success stories.

4. Lead Generation & Student Acquisition

Create targeted campaigns for student enrollment and course promotions.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality lead flow.

Track lead funnel performance and optimize conversions.

5. Team Leadership

Manage a team of designers, content creators, and digital marketers.

Coordinate with academic, product, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.

Provide training, mentoring, and KPI tracking.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.

Use data-driven insights to improve ROI and reduce acquisition cost.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.

3–7 years of experience in Edutech or Education Industry marketing.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive market.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, Telecrm etc.)

Creativity in designing engaging student campaigns.

Understanding of student psychology and education trends.

Ability to manage events, webinars, and academic marketing.
