CFA Institute is seeking a Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets to lead integrated marketing efforts across the Middle East. Based in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing & Campaigns, this is a high-ownership Individual Contributor role responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans aligned to global business priorities.
You will translate global strategy into locally relevant, performance-driven campaigns, partner closely with business development and society stakeholders, and drive measurable commercial outcomes across CFA Institute’s portfolio of products and solutions.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for the Middle East, aligned to global strategy and regional growth objectives
Own go-to-market delivery for CFA Institute products and solutions, ensuring strong ROI and measurable commercial impact
Drive acquisition and pipeline growth through a blended strategy of digital campaigns and field marketing
Drive field marketing initiatives and in-market activations in partnership with business development and society stakeholders
Lead the regional digital marketing roadmap, enhancing the full customer journey and improving segmentation and engagement
Generate market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategy and support market entry into new and high-potential emerging markets
Manage agency partners and collaborate across global product, sales, distribution, technology, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns effectively and efficiently
Track, analyse, and report performance metrics including leads generated, revenue influenced, pipeline contribution, cost per registration, and overall campaign ROI
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with a minimum of 6 years’ marketing experience at manager level
Proven experience developing and executing acquisition-focused marketing strategies in emerging or growth markets
Experience within Financial Services, investment management, banking, capital markets, FinTech, or a related professional services environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience blending digital marketing with field marketing and in-market activations
Strong digital marketing capability across multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, and marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
Experience optimising the end-to-end customer journey using segmentation, performance data, and experimentation
Strong analytical skills with clear experience measuring ROI and campaign effectiveness against commercial KPIs
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and campaign budgets
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
Solid understanding of financial markets and a strong interest in the investment profession

At CFA Institute, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring process. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected base salary range: AED 280,000-330,000 per year + allowances. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, location and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
