About Kayo

Kayo Conference Series is the leading events and professional development company for women in alternative investing and private equity. Women in finance and business thrive when surrounded by a supportive, empowering community of like-minded leaders. Our curated events foster authentic relationships, drive business development and deliver leading market insights. As a women-owned, women-led company, Kayo cultivates a culture that cherishes humble, hungry, people-smart and tolerant individuals committed to supporting each other and the women we serve.

The Role

Kayo Conference Series has built something rare: a portfolio of events so compelling, so carefully curated, and so deeply needed that the product sells itself… almost. As Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full marketing lifecycle across a portfolio of high-impact events that move the needle for women in alternative investing, from first impression to a sold-out room.

This is a seat for a systems-obsessed, results-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution; someone who can architect a process, lead a team, and read a dashboard with equal confidence. If you’re energized by making great things impossible to ignore, this is your seat.
