2. Media Planning & Coordination

3. Financial Management
- Processed vendor invoices, tracked submissions and approvals, and managed data entry in financial software.
- Prepared detailed monthly and quarterly marketing expenditure reports, highlighting spend trends and variances for management review.
4. Outdoor Advertising (OOH)
- Negotiated and managed revenue-generating partnerships for sites and outdoor hoardings (SOH).
- Liaised with multiple agencies for media buying and campaign execution across various formats.
5. Vendor & Agency Management
- Managed vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Monitored service quality, delivery timelines, and adherence to budget and brand standards.
