Sprinkles is a growing premium kidswear brand focused on creative storytelling, strong visuals, and emotionally engaging campaigns. We are building a brand, not just selling clothes — and we’re looking for a creative marketing leader to own that journey.

Role Overview

We are looking for a female Marketing Manager who will own all brand-related marketing activities end-to-end. This role requires a hands-on creative thinker who can lead campaigns, shoots, and PR while shaping the brand’s long-term vision.

The PR Manager will report directly to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns (launches, sales, brand stories)
  • Lead and manage photoshoots, video shoots, reels, and campaign concepts
  • Coordinate with design, production, and creative teams
  • Supervise and guide the PR Manager (influencers, gifting, collaborations)
  • Develop and execute brand storytelling across digital platforms
  • Brainstorm and execute out-of-the-box creative ideas for kids & moms
  • Oversee social media campaign direction (content ideas, themes, tone)
  • Work closely with founders to translate vision into execution
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Prior experience in Kids Fashion / Kids Products / Women’s Fashion
  • Strong understanding of fashion branding & visual storytelling
  • Experience managing shoots, campaigns, and creative teams
  • Confident decision-maker with leadership mindset
  • Creative, trend-aware, and culturally relevant
  • Organized, execution-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing brand environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with influencers / PR agencies
  • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
  • Exposure to retail & e-commerce marketing
  • Experience launching or scaling a fashion brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
