Making Organic calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter,
Pinterest. with the support of Digital marketing
team.

  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with the business

goals.

  • Work closely with the respective spots to develop traditional marketing

campaigns that help to achieve desired goals, staff will bridge all the gaps
and build the communities of their assigned missions.

Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content to develop brand
awareness on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media
channels as per strategy and support team is there for you.

  • He/she will review the engagement rate of the sales and customer every

week and utilize innovative ideas to increase the same.

  • Monitor on field conversation rates, event traffic metrics and SEO

rankings if you have planned. Regular reporting to deliver insights and
actionable recommendations.

  • Stay up to date with their latest trends in social media, design tools, and

applications and develop a monthly report that will be submitted to the
management and related team.

  • On field survey regarding branches and franchises
  • If required international business tour travelling in future.

Management responsibilities:

  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and activities and offline

activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate

media coverage. Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors,
add new contacts & rate negotiation

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Event materials, and exhibition related purchase, maintain records,

collection of pictures, participate in all events activities.

  • Prepare all invoice related to marketing in tally software. Make purchase

order for samples required coordination with factory manager about
requirements and delivery.

  • Previous and current year comparison chart of sales, marketing expenses,

productivity, customer data, and team management (sales & marketing
both)

  • Relaying information between upper management and departmental

employees regarding budgets and daily procedures, overseeing the
implementation of marketing strategies campaigns to promote business
products and services.

  • Preparation weekly report of all advertisement and marketing campaigns

(online & offline)

Investment V/S Results and Reach to customers reports making & send it to CEO. Desired skills: • Excellent knowledge of traditional marketing, recent trends, creative ideas, social media channels, and platforms. • Good written and verbal communication and collaboration skills to clearly deliver their ideas and directions to colleagues and related members. • Multitasking, good leadership and problem-solving skill. • Must be able to proofread related language's content effectively including grammatical errors. • Proficient communication skills Qualification: ● MBA/ equivalent ● Experience of minimum 2-3 years in Marketing, Promot
