Join a dynamic legal team as a Marketing Manager dedicated to elevating our law firm's brand presence and client engagement. In this role, you will craft innovative marketing strategies, oversee digital campaigns, and leverage cutting-edge tools to attract and retain clients. Must be familiar with e-mail apps, including, but not limited to, Constant Contact as well as survey apps; must be able to attend offsite events some evenings and weekends; must be able to film and edit social media clips. Must have your own vehicle to go to locations locally to interact with vendors. Looking for someone who has creative and good writing skills, as well as good interpersonal skills. Some local travel will be involved.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the legal industry, focusing on client acquisition and brand recognition
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, search engines, and print advertising
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices and maintain the firm’s WordPress site for maximum engagement and visibility
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, track performance, and nurture leads through targeted email marketing and content marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay ahead of industry trends in B2B marketing for legal services
  • Create compelling copy for advertisements, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts that resonate with prospective clients and referral sources
  • Monitor campaign analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to assess ROI, refine strategies, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, social media marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and editing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and WordPress website management
  • Ability to craft persuasive copywriting tailored to legal audiences while maintaining professionalism and clarity
  • Familiarity with HTML basics for website updates and troubleshooting
  • Excellent research skills combined with strategic thinking to identify target markets and optimize outreach efforts
  • Proven ability in advertising sales, product management, budgeting, and analytics to maximize campaign effectiveness
