This role is for a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Manager who can build scalable marketing engines that drive territory growth, increase market share, and produce measurable ROI across our franchise system.
The Mission of this Role
To design and execute aggressive, system-wide marketing initiatives that help franchisees:
- Increase client acquisition
- Strengthen referral partnerships
- Improve caregiver recruitment
- Dominate local markets
This role directly impacts franchise revenue growth
What You Will Own:
Franchise Growth Strategy
- Develop and lead annual and quarterly growth marketing plans
- Create scalable campaigns that drive measurable lead generation
- Launch high-impact system-wide initiatives (referral campaigns, digital lead funnels, community outreach systems, recruitment drives)
- Identify and capitalize on new market expansion opportunities
- Develop repeatable marketing systems franchisees can deploy immediately
Lead Generation & Revenue Acceleration
- Drive measurable increases in:
- Qualified client inquiries
- Referral partner engagement
- Caregiver applicant volume
- Oversee performance marketing efforts (paid ads, SEO, local search, email automation)
- Build marketing funnels that convert and scale
Leadership & Accountability
- Lead and manage:
- Digital Marketing Specialist
- Marketing Materials & Promotions Coordinator
- Set aggressive KPIs and hold team accountable
- Ensure campaigns are data-driven and ROI-focused
- Operate with urgency, precision, and performance standards
Marketing Product Development
- Develop franchise-ready marketing “products,” including:
- Community outreach kits
- Referral partner toolkits
- Recruitment campaign packages
- Event marketing systems
- Create plug-and-play marketing programs that franchisees can execute with minimal friction
- Standardize rollout systems to ensure fast adoption
Data & Performance Management
- Track performance metrics across territories
- Measure ROI and optimize campaigns continuously
- Create reporting dashboards for leadership visibility
- Make strategic adjustments based on analytics and field feedback

Qualifications:
- 5+ years marketing leadership experience
- Franchise or multi-unit marketing experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving lead generation growth
- Strong digital marketing and funnel strategy knowledge
- Experience building marketing systems, not just campaigns
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media marketing, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and visual branding materials
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies tailored for franchise expansion
- Experience with performance marketing techniques including Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
