As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business development and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the customer base for export, import, and cross-trade freight services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads in domestic and international markets.
• Conduct client visits, prepare customized proposals, and negotiate rates with customers and carriers.
• Collaborate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, consignees, overseas agents, and carriers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding marketing/sales (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight, land freight, air freight and cross-trade operations.
• Existing client network or strong industry connections preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
