We are a fast-growing, multi-location dental implant organization specializing in full-arch and high-ticket surgical procedures performed entirely in-house. Our model is built around efficiency, performance, and measurable results. As we continue expanding across Northern California, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of strategy, execution, and reporting to drive predictable patient acquisition and revenue growth.
Role Overview
This is not a “social media manager” role.
We are hiring a performance-driven Marketing Manager responsible for lead generation, conversion optimization, campaign reporting, and strategic growth across multiple locations.
You will work directly with ownership, sales leadership, and operations to ensure marketing efforts translate into booked consults, accepted treatment plans, and increased production.
This role owns performance.
Core ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Manage budgets and continuously improve cost per lead (CPL) and return on marketing investment (ROMI)
- Build and refine full-funnel strategies from awareness to booked consultation
Reporting & KPI Ownership
- Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs including:
- Cost per lead
- Lead-to-schedule %
- Show rate
- Treatment acceptance %
- Revenue per lead
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Create executive-level reporting dashboards for leadership
- Identify underperforming areas and propose corrective action plans
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Oversee website UX, SEO, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
- Develop and test high-converting landing pages for implant campaigns
- Implement tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, analytics, call tracking)
Strategic Growth & Brand Positioning
- Strengthen brand authority within the dental implant space
- Manage creative direction for digital and physical marketing assets
- Oversee content development including video, testimonials, and case studies
- Monitor competitive landscape and local market saturation
Internal Alignment
- Collaborate with sales team to improve lead quality and consult conversions
- Work with front office teams to align scheduling systems with campaign demand
- Coordinate with clinical leadership to promote high-production services
Qualifications
- 3+ years in performance marketing (healthcare, dental, or medical preferred)
- Proven experience scaling Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and attribution
- Experience with CRM systems and patient lead workflows
- Proficiency in analytics platforms and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of WordPress/Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Strong design eye (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva proficiency preferred)
