Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for developing inspiring, creative, and market-oriented strategies in trading and real estate.

Your tasks in detail:

· Develop and manage content strategies for relevant social media channels (including storytelling and community building)

· Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic and conversions

· Storytelling for websites and cross-channel communications

· Support and execute go-to-market strategies for successful product and project launches

· Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and communication activities

· Drive compelling messaging to communicate the value and advantages of trading and real estate products

· Ensure target group-oriented content management across all channels

· Take full responsibility for campaigns including budgeting, controlling, and reporting

· Plan, organize, and manage events and trade fairs

· Coordinate closely with product managers, designers, and external service providers

· Conduct regular performance evaluations of implemented measures

· Lead project management in an international environment

· Work in close collaboration with the Managing Director to align on strategic marketing directions

Your Profile

· At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing or media management, ideally with a focus on trading, real estate, or financial products

· University degree in Marketing, Media Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

· Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, ideally in Forex trading and real estate

· Experience in financial topics and a strong understanding of market and industry trends

· Proficient in managing social media platforms with a strong sense for trends

· Analytical and communication skills combined with a reliable, structured, and solution-oriented approach

· Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for international collaboration

· Excellent German and good English language skills (written and spoken)

· Based in Dubai with on-site presence at the office
