Job Description

T. Mims Corp. is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer Intern to assist with marketing, branding, graphic design, and digital content for existing companies and new startups.

This is a hands-on internship for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working on multiple projects. The ideal candidate has skills in graphic design, social media, content creation, and basic marketing. This position is on-site in Lakeland, FL.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, flyers, ads, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Assist with social media content, scheduling, and engagement
• Help create photo and video content for marketing campaigns
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
• Assist with website updates and digital content
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach
• Help develop branding materials for existing companies and new startups
• Assist with basic SEO, online listings, and digital advertising
• Support event marketing and promotional efforts as needed
• Work with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in marketing, graphic design, branding, or digital content creation
• Skilled in Photoshop, Canva, video editing software, and other creative tools
• Comfortable using social media platforms for business marketing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with good communication skills
• Willing and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated and able to learn independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Must be able to work on-site in Lakeland, FL
• Portfolio, design samples, or examples of previous work encouraged

Compensation

• $15–$20 per hour, based on experience and skills
• Full-time internship, 40 hours per week
• 3-month internship with potential opportunity for full-time employment after completion
