Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and fuel our company's growth. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who thrives in a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) environment — someone who understands how homeowners make decisions, what inspires trust, and how to turn curiosity into conversions. This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker who excels at executing marketing programs, managing external partners, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and analytical rigor to every campaign while maintaining a focus on measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
B2C Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute homeowner-focused marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Create content that speaks directly to consumer motivations — quality, trust, and lifestyle transformation
- Manage content creation for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
- Oversee consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints
- Plan and execute community engagement and local partnership initiatives
Agency & Contractor Management
- Serve as primary liaison with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and contractors (as needed)
- Negotiate contracts, scope of work, and deliverables with external partners
- Monitor agency performance and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget
- Manage vendor invoicing and budget allocation
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Design and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified prospects for remodeling and roofing services
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to maximize conversion rates
- Manage and nurture leads through CRM system and marketing automation tools
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to specific customer segments (kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, roof replacements, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales team to understand lead quality and refine targeting strategies
- Implement and manage online review generation and reputation management programs
- Track lead sources and calculate cost per lead and cost per acquisition metrics
Program Operations
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for leadership team with key metrics, insights, and recommendations
- Track ROI for all marketing initiatives and optimize budget allocation accordingly
- Maintain marketing dashboard with real-time performance indicators
- Manage annual marketing budget of approximately $240K-$320K (3-4% of revenue)
- Allocate resources across channels based on performance and business priorities
Creative Content & Production
- Visit job sites to capture video content, homeowner testimonials, and transformation stories
- Coordinate professional photography and video shoots
- Oversee editing and distribution of project stories, before/after content, and community features
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of marketing experience in a B2C environment (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar industry preferred)
- Demonstrated success in generating and converting consumer leads
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing external agencies and creative vendors
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing (ActiveCampaign experience preferred)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills tailored to homeowners
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Google Suite
Preferred:
- Experience in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement/service industry
- Understanding of the Scottsdale/Phoenix market
- Knowledge of local Scottsdale/Phoenix market
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and local search optimization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
