We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our restaurant chain. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing foot traffic and sales across all locations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant or hospitality marketing and a passion for food, branding, and local outreach.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and seasonal promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define brand voice, vision, and positioning.
  • Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns including email, social media, paid ads, in-store promotions, and events.
  • Oversee local store marketing programs tailored to individual restaurant markets.
  • Coordinate grand openings and promotional events for new locations.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of content for website, menus, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Work with designers, agencies, and content creators to develop compelling campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms, and online advertising (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads).
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed based on data.
  • Monitor online reviews and reputation management platforms (e.g. Google, Zomato etc).
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, food bloggers, local media, and event organizers
  • Collaborate with vendors, sponsorship partners, and community organizations.
  • Handle public relations efforts, including press releases and media kits.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.

· Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content creation.

· Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.

· Creative thinker with analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹650,000.00 per year
