What You'll Own

· Lead Generation for HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Departments

· Social Media Content & Paid Advertising Campaigns

· Website Management & SEO Strategy

· Email Marketing & Customer Retention Campaigns

· Marketing Analytics, ROI Tracking & Reporting

· Seasonal Promotions & Service Campaigns

· Online Reputation Management & Review Generation

· Vendor Management & Marketing Budget Oversight

What We're Looking For

✔ Marketing Management Experience in HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical

✔ Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Experience in Residential Home Service

✔ Experience Managing Paid Ads (Google, Meta, etc.)

✔ Strong social media & Content Strategy Skills

✔ Graphic Design Experience Preferred

✔ CRM & Database Marketing Experience

✔ Strong Writing & Communication Skills
