Roles and responsibility : A marketing manager in the electrical industry develops and implements marketing plans, manages budgets, and oversees promotional campaigns for electrical products or services. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating with sales and product teams, building relationships with partners like utilities and EPC firms, and monitoring campaign performance to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, create launch plans for new products, and define marketing budgets.
• Market and sales support: Conduct market research, identify trends and opportunities, and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as EPCs, OEMs, and utilities.
• Campaign management: Oversee all marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including digital, print, and event-based activities.
• Content and messaging: Coordinate the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and accurate product messaging.
• Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs, report on effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Business development: Expand the customer and market base, develop new business, and build and manage a channel partner network.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media, and other stakeholders, and ensure effective internal communication.
