The Role

You will own lead generation and marketing performance. Your job is simple to define, hard to do:

Consistently generate profitable, high‑intent leads for sales and track every dollar from click to booked container.

You’ll build and run a small but powerful marketing engine across paid, local, and referral channels.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads / Local, Meta) to drive quote requests and booked calls.
  • Manage our website, landing pages, tracking, and basic CRO to turn traffic into leads.
  • Own local SEO and listings (GBP, citations, reviews) for our service areas.
  • Build simple email/SMS nurture for leads who don’t book immediately.
  • Create and coordinate content & promos for social, email, and direct mail that actually drive inquiries, not vanity metrics.
  • Develop and optimize referral & partner programs (realtors, movers, contractors) for steady lead flow.
  • Report weekly on leads, cost per lead, cost per booking, and ROMI and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage outside vendors (agencies, freelancers) as needed and hold them to numbers.

Your Scorecard

You'll be measured on:

  • Qualified leads per month
  • Cost per qualified lead
  • Booked jobs from marketing‑sourced leads
  • Marketing ROI (revenue vs spend)

You’re a Fit If

  • 3–5+ years in performance marketing for local / home‑service or similar lead‑gen businesses.
  • Hands‑on with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Analytics, and basic CRM/reporting.
  • You think in funnels and numbers: CPL, CAC, LTV, not just “campaigns.”
  • You’ve managed $5k–$30k/month in ad spend and can show before/after impact.
  • You like building systems: checklists, dashboards, and repeatable campaigns, not one‑off heroics.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
