Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong expertise in LinkedIn growth, newsletter marketing (Mailchimp), and long-form content. This role is ideal for someone who understands how thought leadership, storytelling, and consistency turn content into brand authority and leads.

You will own the content strategy across LinkedIn, email newsletters, and blogs, from planning to execution, while ensuring every piece aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities/LinkedIn Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies for company and leadership profiles
  • Write high-performing LinkedIn posts, carousels, and thought leadership content
  • Manage posting schedules, engagement, and community interactions
  • Track growth, reach, engagement, and lead-driven KPIs
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes and content trends

Newsletter Marketing (Mailchimp)

  • Plan, write, and manage newsletters using Mailchimp
  • Build and segment email lists for targeted communication
  • Create campaign flows, subject lines, and CTAs that drive opens and clicks
  • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and audience growth
  • Ensure email best practices, deliverability, and brand consistency

Blog & Long-Form Content

  • Research, write, and edit high-quality blogs aligned with SEO and brand voice
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging written content
  • Coordinate with internal teams to source insights and expertise
  • Maintain a content calendar across blogs, LinkedIn, and newsletters
  • Repurpose blogs into LinkedIn posts and newsletter content

Strategy, Analytics & Collaboration

  • Align content strategy with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Use analytics tools to measure performance and optimise content
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and design teams
  • Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and positioning across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn growth and engagement
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar email platforms
  • Strong blog writing and editing skills
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling ability
  • Strong organisational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B or personal brand marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Analytics
  • Ability to write for executive or thought leadership audiences
  • Experience working in fast-paced or growth-stage environments
