Marketing Manager — Luxury Furniture / Home Furnishings (Relocation Available)

Kingsley Bate is a nationally recognized luxury outdoor furniture brand sold through interior designers, hospitality specifiers, and a network of premium dealers across the US. We're looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in furniture, home furnishings, outdoor living, or a closely related consumer products category. This is a high-ownership role on a lean, high-output team. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Your Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you will own a broad portfolio — from brand and digital to product and print — with direct impact on how Kingsley Bate grows its dealer and trade relationships and attracts new clients.

Product Management:

Help manage different product categories, encompassing product development, pricing, research, and analysis, working collaboratively with our domestic and overseas factory partners.
You will also actively manage our fabric and finish programs, vendor relationships, packaging and distribution.

Digital Marketing & Communications:

Lead our strategy and digital presence across social media, email campaigns, and our website — ensuring fresh, compelling content and consistent brand voice. Oversee catalog and brochure production in collaboration with our Graphic Designer, including print vendor negotiation and management. Manage press releases, media requests, and magazine submissions.

Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in furniture, home furnishings, outdoor living, consumer products, or a comparable industry.

• Alternatively, 4+ years of distinguished marketing experience in a high-performing marketing department, ready to step into a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel - or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects; personnel management experience a plus.
• Graphic Design or Photoshop experience is a plus but not required.
