任职资格:

  • 市场营销、传播、商业或相关专业本科学历;
  • 拥有5年以上市场营销管理经验,有教育、咨询或相关行业背景者优先;
  • 拥有成功针对中国大陆学生市场的营销经验;
  • 在数字营销和潜在客户开发方面有成功经验;
  • 熟悉市场数据分析工具(如 Google Analytics、HubSpot 等);
  • 具备优秀的沟通能力、项目管理能力和领导力;
  • 能够管理一支全球范围内以中文为母语的团队;
  • 能适应快节奏、协作性强、使命驱动型的工作环境。

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Base 48,000-60,000 +Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
  • Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Implement lead generation strategies and manage the marketing funnel.
  • Content Development:
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for blogs, webinars, newsletters, social media, and websites.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational and promotional content.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and enhance the company’s online reputation.
  • Partnerships & Outreach:
  • Coordinate with educational institutions, influencers, and strategic partners for co-marketing opportunities.
  • Plan and manage participation in events, webinars, and educational fairs.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and performance metrics; provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in education, consulting, or related industries.
  • Proven history of success in marketing to the Chinese National student population
  • Proven success in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage team of Mandarin-speaking staff globally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
