We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing (360° Marketing Manager) to lead our marketing department and drive impactful strategies for brand positioning, campaigns, and overall business growth.
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for designing and executing 360° marketing strategies, with a strong focus on real estate. This leadership role requires a balance of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and team management to ensure the company’s marketing goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (digital, traditional, PR, branding, events).
- Position Almaymaar as a premium real estate brand in the market.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
2. Campaign & Brand Management
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage brand identity, positioning, and messaging consistency.
- Drive engagement through effective storytelling and impactful visuals.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns.
- Track ROI and performance of digital campaigns to optimize results.
- Manage the company’s online presence and reputation.
4. Team & Department Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team.
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and project teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Manage external consultants, agencies, and vendors for specialized campaigns.
5. Real Estate Focus
- Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects (high-rise residential and commercial).
- Support lead generation and customer engagement through targeted initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 7–8 years of proven marketing experience, preferably with a real estate background.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding and content.
- Requirement: Prior experience in real estate marketing will be highly preferred.
