As a Marketing Officer/Manager at RM Homes, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our villa construction services. You will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales through various marketing channels. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the company's villa construction projects.
- Collaborate with management to establish marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Brand Management:
- Enhance the company’s brand image by implementing brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
- Create engaging content to promote the company’s services, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage the company's social media profiles and online presence to engage with potential clients.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to attract potential villa buyers and investors.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support them with marketing materials.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on ROI.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and manage the company’s website, ensuring that content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of online campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Event Management:
- Organize and manage marketing events, including open houses, property expos, and industry conferences.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure successful execution of events.
- Develop promotional materials for events and manage pre- and post-event marketing efforts.
6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop customer feedback surveys and analyze data to improve marketing strategies and customer experience.
- Manage the company's CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
7. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project management, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
- Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the real estate industry.
