The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, increase demand, and support revenue growth across all business segments. This role oversees digital marketing, branding, content creation, social media, partnerships, and promotional activities to ensure strong market positioning and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the hotel’s annual marketing plan aligned with commercial goals

Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email

Optimize website content and booking conversion, and manage online advertising

Ensure consistent brand identity across all materials and collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners.

Create and promote packages for rooms, F&B, spa, and events

Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and prepare monthly reports

Coordinate closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations to support demand generation
Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

5–7 years of experience in marketing (hospitality preferred)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and MS Office
