Role Overview


We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong omnichannel expertise to join our dynamic Marketing team.


This role focuses on designing and executing integrated HCP engagement strategies , ensuring that our communications, educational activities, and brand initiatives are seamlessly orchestrated across all channels.


The ideal candidate will be digitally savvy , passionate about customer experience , and able to work cross-functionally with sales, medical, regulatory, and bex teams to deliver impactful engagement.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical and Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, BEX) to ensure aligned and compliant messaging across all channels.
  • Join field visits with the sales force to observe HCP interactions, gather insights, and ensure strategies are grounded in real customer needs.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with HCPs by communicating product value and supporting their preferred channels of engagement.
  • Use analytics and field feedback to measure engagement effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with global and local teams to integrate digital platforms (CRM, approved email, websites, virtual events, social channels).
  • Contribute to brand planning and launches , ensuring that omnichannel engagement is embedded in every stage.
  • Manage allocated budgets and forecasts , ensuring efficient and impactful investment.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, digital strategy, or HCP engagement (pharma/healthcare experience is a strong plus, but strong digital/tech backgrounds will also be considered).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns .
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills .
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong project management, organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
