About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can bring real, high-quality organic traffic to our website. This role is focused on SEO, content strategy, and growth marketing with a strong emphasis on measurable results (not just posting or branding).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic traffic growth strategies
• Improve website ranking through advanced SEO (on-page + off-page)
• Manage content strategy for blogs, landing pages, and service pages
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website structure for search engine visibility
• Build and manage backlink strategies
• Track performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
• Collaborate with development team for SEO improvements
• Increase leads, conversions, and website traffic quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO / Digital Marketing (1–3+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors
• Experience with organic growth campaigns
• Knowledge of tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush / Google Analytics / Search Console
• Ability to generate real traffic (not fake or paid-only growth)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
