We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive traffic and sales for a brick-and-mortar retail store in Austin, with an established online presence.

This role is ideal for someone who has proven results promoting local businesses and understands how to turn digital marketing into in-store visits and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute local marketing strategies to increase store traffic
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile, local SEO, and paid local campaigns
  • Develop and oversee social media and community marketing initiatives
  • Plan promotions, events, and local partnerships
  • Track performance and report on results (traffic, conversions, ROI)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience
  • Proven case studies promoting brick-and-mortar or local businesses
  • Strong understanding of the Austin market
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end

Job Details:

  • Part-time position
  • Austin-based or deep familiarity with the Austin market required
  • Flexible / hybrid schedule
