Marketing Manager- Personal Injury Law Firm

Harper Law Firm is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives focused on generating qualified personal injury cases and driving firm growth.


This role requires a strategic leader with proven management experience, a deep understanding of personal injury law marketing, and a strong appreciation for the critical relationship between marketing and intake. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing staff, vendors, advertising campaigns, community outreach, digital marketing, brand development, and performance reporting while ensuring marketing efforts generate qualified consultations that convert into signed cases.


The ideal candidate understands that successful law firm marketing is not measured by clicks, impressions, or leads alone—but by signed cases, revenue growth, and client acquisition.


Compensation:

$85,000


Responsibilities:

Marketing Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the firm's annual marketing plan and growth strategy.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets with clear ROI expectations.
  • Lead and supervise marketing team members, vendors, agencies, and contractors.
  • Establish KPIs and accountability measures for all marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase case acquisition and market share.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.


Personal Injury Lead Generation

  • Develop campaigns that consistently generate qualified personal injury leads.
  • Manage and optimize:
  • SEO
  • Local Service Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Social Media Advertising
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Referral Marketing
  • Community Outreach
  • Monitor lead quality, cost per lead, cost per signed case, and return on investment.
  • Ensure marketing efforts target the firm's ideal client profile.


Intake & Conversion Management

  • Work closely with the Intake Department to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor:
  • Qualified Leads
  • Converted-to-sign rates
  • Marketing source performance
  • Intake response times
  • Conduct regular reviews of intake calls and lead handling processes.
  • Identify breakdowns in the marketing-to-intake pipeline and implement solutions.
  • Ensure marketing and intake teams operate as one revenue-generating system.


Digital Marketing Management

  • Oversee website performance, SEO initiatives, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with outside marketing vendors and agencies.
  • Review analytics and campaign performance weekly.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve lead volume and lead quality.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.


Brand Development & Community Presence

  • Strengthen the firm's reputation within the community.
  • Manage public relations opportunities, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
  • Develop referral relationships with attorneys, medical providers, and local businesses.
  • Coordinate events, seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Expand the firm's visibility and authority within the personal injury market.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Track and report: Leads generated, qualified leads, signed cases, cost per lead, ROI by marketing channel
  • Present recommendations and performance updates to firm leadership

Qualifications:

Required

  • 5+ years of marketing management experience.
  • 3+ years managing employees, agencies, or vendors.
  • Experience marketing for a Personal Injury law firm.
  • Proven track record generating qualified personal injury cases.
  • Strong understanding of law firm intake processes and conversion metrics.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI reporting.
  • Experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Local Service Ads
  • SEO
  • Social Media Marketing
  • CRM Systems
  • Marketing Analytics Platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.


Preferred

  • Experience with legal CRMs such as Lead Docket, Filevine, Lawmatics, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of personal injury case economics and client acquisition costs.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns exceeding six-figure annual budgets.
