Salary Range: $45,000 - $95,000 (Based on Location)

About Your Role

As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate demand, and fuel company growth. In this role, you’ll oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, own key programs from concept to execution, and help shape the narrative that defines Pest Share in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, social, content, events) that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Content & Messaging: Develop compelling messaging, oversee content creation, and ensure consistent voice and tone across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Build programs that attract, convert, and nurture leads, optimizing the customer journey from initial awareness through sales readiness.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels, including website, SEO, paid media, email automation, and social media, to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Brand Positioning: Strengthen our brand presence in the PropTech space by shaping narratives, launching campaigns, and showcasing thought leadership.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs (leads, MQLs, CAC, ROI), using data to guide decisions and improve future results.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, design, and leadership to align marketing strategies with GTM priorities and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Oversee external marketing partners and contractors, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, PropTech, or startup experience a plus).
  • Proven success planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel management, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide strategy and decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms, and analytics dashboards.
