Position Overview
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the companys overall marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, high-quality lead generation, and revenue growth. This leadership role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with sales and senior management to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Growth
- Drive consistent and high-quality lead generation through digital, offline, and networking channels.
- Identify new business opportunities through partnerships, brokers, site activations, and market networking.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior, demand trends, and competitive positioning.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Create project-wise and location-specific marketing plans for Gurgaon micro-markets.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring accountability and performance excellence.
- Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance objectives for team members.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and result-driven work environment.
Brand & Communication Management
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage PR activities, corporate communication, and brand reputation.
- Supervise content creation including brochures, creatives, presentations, and digital content.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, portals, and traditional platforms.
- Oversee Google Ads, social media advertising, content marketing, and lead funnels.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics and reporting tools.
Budget & ROI Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Monitor expenses, track ROI, and ensure cost-effective marketing execution.
- Prepare MIS reports and present performance insights to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, channel partners, CRM, and customer support teams to improve lead conversion.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales targets and revenue goals.
- Present marketing strategies, plans, and results to senior leadership.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and customer research regularly.
- Identify key customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain strong understanding of Gurgaon real estate trends, pricing, and buyer behavior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a Real Estate Brokerage Firm.
- Strong expertise in data-driven marketing, content writing, and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience in team handling and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Additional Requirements
- Must have own conveyance (two-wheeler or four-wheeler).
- Strong working knowledge of Gurgaon locations, sectors, and real estate micro-markets.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits, meetings, and activations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
