ASBIS Middle East is looking for a Marketing Manager – Premium Brands to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in premium brands, consumer electronics, retail, luxury, lifestyle, or fashion sectors. As Marketing Manager – Premium Brands, you will play a key role in coordinating regional marketing activities, supporting partner engagement, managing content localization, ensuring brand compliance, and delivering marketing performance insights that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events across regional partners and distributors.
• Act as the main marketing liaison between vendors, mono-brand partners, distributors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage quarterly and weekly marketing activity plans and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate localization of marketing assets into Arabic and English.
• Monitor brand guideline compliance, showroom standards, training completion, and marketing execution quality across partner locations.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare ROI, marketing effectiveness, and engagement reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and activities.
• Maintain marketing documentation, approvals, reports, and internal processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Channel Marketing.
• Experience within consumer electronics, premium brands, luxury, retail, lifestyle, or fashion sectors is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory; French is a plus.
• Experience working with distributors, agencies, partners, or multi-country marketing environments.
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to Google Analytics, Meta tools, campaign reporting, and ROI measurement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
