Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who loves creativity as much as organization. If you enjoy crafting great content, telling brand stories, designing eye-catching visuals, and helping small businesses shine online - you’ll fit right in. This role mixes social media, design, copywriting, and light project management in a supportive, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on website design, including wireframes, mockups, layout concepts, and UI recommendations
• Support branding projects and client content writing
• Help with basic SEO, ADA compliance and website content updates
• Collaborate with our web team and keep projects running smoothly
• Manage Nerd Crossing marketing and sales needs:
• Grow and manage Nerd Crossing’s social media presence
• Create newsletters, campaigns, and upbeat marketing content
• Design graphics and digital/print collateral

Your Qualifications and Strengths

• 2-3 years of experience
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Canva proficiency (bonus points for Adobe!)
• Experience with social media management
• Familiarity with CRM/email tools like Constant Contact
• Comfort with Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
• Bonus talents: HTML/CSS, WordPress, Google Ads, or UI/UX curiosity
