About Enormous Creative
Enormous Creative is an award-winning marketing and production agency based in the heart of downtown Peekskill, NY. We create impactful campaigns, compelling content, and strategic communications for a diverse roster of clients—ranging from local businesses and municipalities to national brands and global corporations.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager / Publicist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated, creative communicator who can balance marketing strategy with day-to-day content creation, media outreach, and client communications.
Please note: This is an in-office position based in Peekskill, NY. Candidates must be able to commute daily to our office. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- · Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and pitch letters to local and regional media
- Support PR efforts by identifying opportunities for editorial coverage and partnerships
- Track analytics and campaign performance across digital channels
- Collaborate with the creative team on copywriting, photography, video production, and graphic design assets
- Assist in developing and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Facilitate positive client communications.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, public relations, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — a confident storyteller and editor
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Ads, digital advertising tools, and SEO best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Basic photography or video editing skills
