About Enormous Creative
Enormous Creative is an award-winning marketing and production agency based in the heart of downtown Peekskill, NY. We create impactful campaigns, compelling content, and strategic communications for a diverse roster of clients—ranging from local businesses and municipalities to national brands and global corporations.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager / Publicist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated, creative communicator who can balance marketing strategy with day-to-day content creation, media outreach, and client communications.

Please note: This is an in-office position based in Peekskill, NY. Candidates must be able to commute daily to our office. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • · Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and pitch letters to local and regional media
  • Support PR efforts by identifying opportunities for editorial coverage and partnerships
  • Track analytics and campaign performance across digital channels
  • Collaborate with the creative team on copywriting, photography, video production, and graphic design assets
  • Assist in developing and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Facilitate positive client communications.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, public relations, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — a confident storyteller and editor
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, digital advertising tools, and SEO best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Basic photography or video editing skills
