Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, footfall, customer engagement, and revenue growth across online and offline channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars, campaigns, and budgets
- Drive brand positioning and consistency across all touchpoints
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and email campaigns
- Track campaign performance, ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics
- Optimize online visibility and customer acquisition funnels
Offline & Local Marketing
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and on-ground activations
- Drive store-level promotions, festive campaigns, and local marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with franchisees or outlet managers for execution
Brand & Communication
- Manage brand communication, creatives, packaging, POSM, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, designers, and content teams
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and customer expectations
Customer & Market Insights
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and promotional offers
- Implement customer retention and loyalty programs
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams
- Present reports and insights to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5–10 years of marketing experience in QSR / FMCG / Retail / Hospitality
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing and brand building
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling multi-location or franchise-based businesses
- Knowledge of CRM, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience in launch campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
