Marketing Manager – Real Estate

KBH Real Estate Development is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in UAE real estate marketing, digital performance, and lead generation.

This is not a coordination role — we need a hands-on leader who can drive qualified leads, optimize campaigns, and directly impact sales performance.

If your experience is mostly branding without measurable ROI, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with sales targets
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation in the UAE real estate market
  • Build scalable strategies focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and cost efficiency (CPL/CPA)

2. Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization (CRO)
  • Track and improve KPIs: CPL, ROI, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality

3. Campaigns, Branding & Content

  • Lead execution of 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, offline, outdoor)
  • Oversee content strategy, social media, video production, and creative direction
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels

4. Team Leadership & Revenue Alignment

  • Lead internal marketing team and manage external agencies
  • Work closely with Sales Team to ensure qualified lead flow and conversion improvement
  • Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and campaign delivery performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years in marketing, including:
  • 3+ years in UAE real estate marketing (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in:
  • Lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation
  • Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
