Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to optimize campaigns, personalize customer engagement, and improve lead generation.
• Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• Content & Branding: Oversee content creation, marketing collateral, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Analytics: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Events & Promotions: Plan and coordinate exhibitions, property shows, and promotional activities.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (real estate industry strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in AI technology integration for marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative, data-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Immediate availability preferred.
