We have an immediate opening for a client-facing, full-stack B2B Marketing Manager who loves blending strategy with hands-on execution. In this role, you’ll be the trusted marketing lead for a set of B2B clients—building their marketing plans, creating and directing content, and using HubSpot, AI, AEO/SEO, SEM, and analytics to drive visibility, conversions, and revenue. You’ll manage 3–6 month marketing roadmaps, interpret performance data, and turn insights into smart recommendations that help your clients grow.

You’ll play a key role in helping small and midsize B2B clients get seen, get heard, and get traction with modern digital marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team while owning client strategy, content development, communication, and results. This role is ideal if you see yourself as a full stack marketer who is comfortable talking strategy with a CEO one minute and creating a landing page or email sequence the next.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located in the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing for assigned client accounts, building advisor-level relationships and maintaining proactive communication
  • Create and maintain 3–6 month marketing plans aligned with client goals and contracts
  • Develop lead generation, messaging, and content strategies using multi-channel tactics, HubSpot, and AI
  • Develop and direct creation of content (emails, blogs and web pages, digital ads, social posts, landing pages, graphics and other marketing and sales content) aligned with client strategies
  • Coach clients on applying marketing best practices and emerging trends during coaching engagements.
  • Monitor dashboards and analytics tools to track performance and identify ways to increase conversions, leads, and traffic
  • Analyze AEO, SEO, SEM, email, and campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with internal team members to implement strategies and campaigns you define, within scope and timeframe
  • Provide light hands-on support when needed, including basic website updates in WordPress or HubSpot CMS, designing and implementing landing pages, and making adjustments to paid ad campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities to retain and grow client accounts through new projects, monthly support expansions, or added services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
