Marketing Manager (Remote – Colorado-Based Law Firm)
We are a high-performance, boutique personal injury law firm based in Colorado, focused on becoming the nation’s premier brain injury law firm. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to build, scale, and optimize our marketing systems, digital presence, and brand authority.
This role owns execution of the firm’s vision—driving measurable growth, high-quality case acquisition, and a best-in-class client journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Budget Ownership
- Own and deploy ~$300K annual budget across SEO, PPC, email, and automation
- Execute leadership’s vision and expand national brand presence
- Build scalable automation glidepaths for intake and client experience
2. SEO, Website & Conversion
- Lead technical SEO, site performance, and ranking improvements
- Optimize website for high-value case conversion
- Manage developers and vendors to improve UX, speed, and structure
3. Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Run and optimize Google Ads, PPC, and email campaigns
- Oversee content strategy (blogs, landing pages, newsletters)
- Tie all performance directly to ROI and signed cases
4. Vendor Management
- Vet, manage, and challenge vendors (SEO, PPC, content)
- Eliminate inflated metrics—focus only on outcomes
- Ensure delivery on time and within budget
5. Systems & Automation
- Own and optimize Mailchimp, Zapier, Lawmatics, Clio
- Build seamless workflows from lead → intake → client onboarding
6. Data & Reporting
- Track KPIs: CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI
- Provide clear, actionable reporting and projections
- Drive continuous optimization based on performance
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in marketing (legal industry preferred)
- Experience managing ~$300K budget with strong ROI
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, email, and content strategy
- Strong vendor management and accountability experience
- Proficiency with Mailchimp, Zapier, Lawmatics, Clio
- Deep understanding of conversion optimization and client acquisition
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and growth-oriented
- Strong alignment with Clarity, Transparency, Accountability, Leadership
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$85,000 base + performance incentives
