Responsibilities

• Develop and execute aggressive, comprehensive social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create high-quality viral content strategies, including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Manage and scale paid ad campaigns to maximize reach and conversions while tracking performance via Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Grow brand awareness and customer acquisition. Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to enhance brand reputation through public relations efforts.
• Analyze trends and adapt quickly by conducting keyword research for SEO optimization of content; analyze web traffic data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
• Increase sales through social media funnels.
• Oversee branding initiatives across digital channels to ensure a cohesive voice that resonates with target audiences.
• Work with influencers and brand ambassadores. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and e-commerce specialists to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Develop content calendars and launch campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of campaign performance metrics, social media analytics, and engagement reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing brands on social media.
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising and organic growth.
• Experience in creating high-converting campaigns.
• Understanding of viral trends and audience psychology. Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputations and industry trends effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator, along with video editing skills for creating compelling multimedia content.
• Excellent relationship management skills to build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and community stakeholders.
• Ability to proofread content meticulously ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with branding standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fast execution and results-oriented mindset

Pay: $51,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
